The Caribbean Group is the builder, developer, financier and long term property owner of all buildings within Caribbean Business Park. The Caribbean Group have held the land since 1942 and have been successful in business since the early 1900’s. The ongoing success of the company has been built upon reputation, consistency, and the overall quality of each development.

The Caribbean Group’s Business Park at Scoresby has successfully added 31 buildings into its property portfolio over the last 18 years. The Caribbean Group have managed every project from the design phase, through construction, to the completed facility and it’s ongoing maintenance.

The Caribbean Group is excited about the next stage of the park’s development. This stage will consist of three to five storey office towers overlooking the network of lakes including the 20Ha Lake Caribbean. The development will have prime emphasis on parkland and staff amenities, such as cafes, walking paths, exercise points, open space and greenery. All of the office buildings will be designed with the very latest building materials focusing on Green Star principles.
